Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to Dream of Fashions buyer orders, custom embroidery work, color assistance, production, shipping, and support.

No return / no exchange

We do not accept returns or exchanges for regular orders, custom work, color-selected items, or used items. A return claim is reviewed only when the delivered product is defective and the claim is raised quickly with proper evidence.

Defective or damaged item claim window

If an item is defective or visibly damaged at delivery, the issue must be reported within 10 to 20 minutes of delivery with clear photos/videos and order details. Without proper evidence, claims are not accepted.

Used items and external damage

Returns are not accepted if the item is used, altered, washed, affected by water spills, or damaged after delivery. Damage caused during shipment due to poor weather or conditions outside our control may not qualify for return approval.

Order cancellation

Cancellation is allowed only before order approval. Once the order is approved or processing starts, cancellation is not guaranteed.

No cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is not available. Payment is confirmed manually by Dream of Fashions before processing or dispatch.

Quality check proof

Before shipping, we may upload or share a detailed quality check video/report linked with your order ID through our support, YouTube, Instagram, or other official channel.

Color assistance

If you need help choosing colors, you may raise a color assistance request. We will provide dedicated support and contact you as soon as possible.

Delays

Production, courier, weather, logistics, and manual verification delays can happen. We will try to support and update you, but delays alone do not create a return or exchange right.
